Estate Representative: Jim Khalifé, direct heir of the artist Jean Khalifé (Jim Hanna Khalifé)

1. Ownership and Rights:

This NFT certifies the buyer's ownership of a unique (1/1 NFT) digital token associated with an original artwork by Jean Khalifé. Please Note:

a- The buyer (or Next buyers) do not receive the copyright or intellectual property rights.

b- The buyer (or Next buyers) may display, trade, or resell the NFT for personal, non-commercial use only.

c- The buyer (or Next buyers) may not print, frame, or physically reproduce the artwork in any form.

d- The buyer (or Next buyers) may not exhibit the artwork in physical galleries, museums, public spaces, or virtual exhibitions without prior written permission from Jean Khalifé’s estate.

e- Ownership of the physical painting is not included, unless explicitly stated.

2. Restrictions:

The buyer (or Next buyers) may not:

f- Copy, reproduce, or modify the artwork

g- Create derivative works based on the artwork.

h- The artwork is protected in its entirety. Any reproduction or use of partial elements, fragments, or cropped sections of the work is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of the artist’s copyright.

i- Use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., merchandise, advertising, social content).

j- Mint the artwork again as another NFT or on other blockchains.

3. Copyright Protection:

All copyrights, moral rights, and intellectual property rights belong to Jean Khalifé and his estate. Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Royalties:

The artist's estate is entitled to a royalty from secondary market sales, as configured on supported marketplaces.

5. Transfer Of Terms:

This license agreement applies to the original buyer as well as all subsequent buyers or holders (Next buyers) of this NFT. By purchasing, transferring, or holding this NFT, the buyer agrees to be bound by the terms of this license.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from the ownership, use, or transfer of this NFT shall be resolved exclusively through the competent courts of; Beirut or Mount Lebanon. The buyer agrees to waive any objections to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.
